Tracy D. Band is the founder of Band Law. Ms. Band is a native of San Diego and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2008.

Ms. Band graduated from San Diego State University and obtained a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. Ms. Band also obtained a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law with an emphasis in estate planning.
